FOOD SERVICE WORKER (ON CALL)

Morrison Healthcare is seeking on-call Food Service Workers to join our team at Marshfield Medical Center Neillsville. No previous experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed. Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients to ensure accurate recipe execution.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food safely between workstations, stoves, and refrigerators.
• Stores food in designated areas following food safety protocols, including proper wrapping, dating, and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain sanitation standards.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following outlined service steps.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory procedures, and cash control.
• Adheres to all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay

$18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
