Food Service Worker responsible for assisting with food preparation, portioning meals, and serving customers in a kitchen environment with heated equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and cook according to recipes
• Set up and break down stations
• Ensure accurate portioning of meals
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Monitor food quality and handle waste disposal
• Interact with customers using a positive attitude
• Report safety concerns and follow safety standards
• Cross-train in various kitchen roles
• Support special events or catering as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Leadership abilities and team-player mindset
• Serve Safe Certified
• Food service experience preferred

Physical demands

• Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Working near heated equipment and with chemicals
