Food Service Worker II/Patient Ambassador, Full Time

About the Role

Oversees all functions related to catered services, physician dining, and lounges. Ensures proper sanitation practices and provides relief coverage throughout the department. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• One year of clerical experience and six months of healthcare experience (medical office, insurance, hospital, or computer experience preferred).
• Keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills, and computer applications.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Six months of clerical and customer service experience.
• Some computer experience.
• Medical and insurance experience.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
