The Food Service Worker I performs various food and beverage-related tasks, maintaining high attention to detail, strong dedication to customer service, and a positive, friendly demeanor. This position ensures the cleanliness of equipment and the food service area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner, delivering exemplary customer service.
• Prepare and serve hot food as required.
• Work as an expediter in the kitchen, organizing orders and ensuring they are sent to the correct tables promptly.
• Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment to maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food service work area.
• Complete daily side work, including required logs, restocking, and cleaning duties.
• Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records.
• Work with diverse populations in an encouraging and positive manner.
• Handle guest complaints respectfully.
• Adapt to changing job duties as needed to meet commitments.

Requirements

• Maintain a cleaning schedule for equipment and facilities.

Qualifications
