Food Service Worker I/Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and deliver patient trays, snacks, and nourishments per diet specifications
• Serve patients, guests, and cafeteria customers with excellent customer service
• Follow portion control, cash handling, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, TJC)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and carts
• Stock patient units, retail areas, and storage rooms, and monitor food and equipment temperatures

Requirements

• Food Handler Certification SERVSAFE upon hire
• IA/IL Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care required within 90 days of hire.
• IA/IL Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing Care required within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support American Heart Association * Required for PACE only

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent required
• Preferred: High School Diploma/GED
