- About Lakewood Ranch Medical Center: that's about the organization, could be "About the role"? Actually "About Lakewood Ranch Medical Center" is about the employer. Could be placed under a heading "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, scam warnings, etc. We omitted those. Check duplication: Some responsibilities duplicated lines like "Sets up stations..." appears twice; we kept both? Actually we have two similar lines: "Sets up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products, and utensils." and later "Sets-up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products, and utensils." They are essentially same; we could deduplicate but instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines are part of posting; we should keep them? It says remove duplicated lines. Actually instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate responsibilities. Let's identify duplicates: List from text: - Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations. - Sets up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products, and utensils. - Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables (sometimes using a conveyor food belt), and breaks down stations at the end of meal periods. - Reads production orders on color-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on tray, and places items such as eating utensils, napkins, and condiments on trays. - Apportions and places food servings on plates and trays according to diet list on menu card. - Examines filled tray for completeness and places it on cart or conveyor belt. - Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables, and other equipment. - Brews coffee and tea. - May be required to restock other beverage areas. - Interacts with customers in the serving and dining areas. - Assists customers with opening containers and cutting food, when requested. - Examines filled trays for completeness and places it on cart, dumbwaiter, or conveyor belt. - Washes dishes and cleans work area, tables, cabinets, and ovens. - Sets-up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products, and utensils. - Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training. - Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. - Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. - Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments. - Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duplicates: "Sets up stations..." vs "Sets-up stations..." (hyphen). Also "Examines filled tray for completeness and places it on cart or conveyor belt." vs "Examines filled trays for completeness and places it on cart, dumbwaiter, or conveyor belt." Slightly different (trays vs tray, cart/dumbwaiter). Not exact duplicate. "Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables, and other equipment." appears twice? Actually we have "Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations." and later "
