Food Service Worker - Full Time Openings

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing department supplies
• Collecting menu selections by phone and in person
• Preparing food items for retail and patient meal services
• Delivering meals and food items throughout the campus, including patient rooms
• Washing pots, pans, dishes, and other kitchen equipment
• Completing routine cleaning and sanitation assignments
• Supporting daily food service operations as needed

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write English to be eligible for appointment and to perform the duties of this position.
• Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
• Preferred: previous customer service experience, food service experience, and sanitation experience.
• Preferred: stable work history.
• Preferred: computer knowledge.

Pay

The starting pay rate is $18.15 per hour.

Schedule

As a department that operates 7 days a week, shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM and run as late as 8:30 PM. Weekly Hours: 40 FTE.
