FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)

About the role

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER at AstraZeneca Mount Vernon. The position offers free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. Internal Employee Referral Bonus is available.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stoves, and refrigerators in accordance with safety standards.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Solves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Affirms compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Affirms compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Pay

$17.25 per hour to $17.35 per hour.

Full time schedule. Days may vary, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.
