FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER to join our team at BCBST - 1 Cameron Hill Circle, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Online applications are accepted only. The position offers free shift meals, uniforms, and training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
- Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
- Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
- Solves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
- Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
- Affirms compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous cooking and/or food service experience preferred.

Pay & Schedule
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
