FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at Coastal Manor - 128 Coastal Manor Drive, Ludowici, GA 31316. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stoves, and refrigerators in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Solves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Affirms compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Affirms compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.

Pay

$13.00 per hour to $13.50 per hour.

Full time and part time schedules available.
