Duties Description
As a Food Service Worker 1, you would be responsible for serving food and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas. This includes:
- Serving food from food carts to dining areas
- Transporting food carts to serving areas
- Returning used dishes and equipment to pot and dishwashing areas
- Helping with some food preparation tasks
- Cleaning serving or tray line areas as needed
- Making sure all equipment is ready for the next meal
- Operating a dishwasher as necessary
- Participating in sanitation activities in dining areas and other food service areas
- Ordering and storing supplies
Requirements
You must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and speak and write in English.
