About the role
Seasonal position maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils at Morristown Beard School. Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
- Load, unload, and deliver supplies and product as needed.
- Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
- Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred.
