FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (PART TIME)
About the role
Gourmet Dining & Chartwells Higher Education is seeking immediate part-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions. The location is at Monmouth Board Plan, 400 Cedar Avenue, West Long Branch, NJ 07764. Online applications are accepted only. Part-time schedules are available, including nights and weekends. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and places it into designated containers.
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Aids with banquet table and front of the house set up.
- Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products.
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior food service experience is preferred, though not required. Willing to train new employees.

Pay
$16.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour.
Schedule
Part time schedules; days and hours may vary. Nights and weekends.
