FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (FULL TIME)

About the role

This position maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly, and supports general kitchen operations including sanitation, supply transfers, and set-up/clean-up tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house set-up.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies and product as needed.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred.
• May require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time; Monday through Friday; hours may vary; details provided at interview.
