FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions at Ochsner Rush Medical Center located at 1314 19th Avenue, Meridian, MS 39301. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time with varying days and hours, details will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and places it into designated containers.
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Aids with banquet table and front of the house set up.
- Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products.
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous food service utility experience is preferred.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
