About the role

The Food Service Worker I (FSW-I) performs all non-cooking functions, including washing dishes, cold prep, salad production, serving, cashier duties, tray passing, loading carts, general cleaning, and receiving.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-related environment/industry
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Maintains positive relationships with patients and customers to ensure quality satisfaction
• Demonstrates courtesy, consideration, and cooperation when communicating with patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel
• Ability to work in direct contact with a variety of foods
