Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with department regulations, and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies.
- Assists in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in preparing patient formulas and serving diet foods.
