About the role

Directly oversee the production and service of meals, ensuring all meals meet quality standards and follow company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals.
• Ensure all meals meet standards for quality.

Requirements

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field (nice-to-have).
• Food Handler’s certification (nice-to-have).

Pay

$24 an hour.
