Food Service Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Wexford, PA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will ensure a high-quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors. You will lead an energetic team of servers to deliver the optimal dining experience.

Shifts can vary, but are typically scheduled starting at 5:00 am or 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Schedule, manage, and train dining room employees.
• Handle customer service interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least one year’s experience in customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Pay

$50,000 – $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
