Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead and oversee daily food service operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include producing work schedules, managing food production, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standardssupervising and evaluating staff, mentoring team members, and promoting teamworkmaintaining accurate inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring all food and equipment are properly maintainedhandling catering events, performing sanitation and safety checks, and maintaining logsfilling in for absent staff and assisting with cashier duties when neededcommunicating effectively with team members and promoting positive public relations Qualifications include the ability to read and understand instructions, complete sanitation training, perform basic arithmetic, and maintain composure under stress. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of cost-effective programs, and interpersonal conflict resolution are essential.
