Duties & Responsibilities

  • Aid in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly store food, adhering to temperature requirements and spoilage guidelines.
  • Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products, and utensils.
  • Interact with guests in the serving, retail, and dining areas, following proper guest service procedures including smiling, making eye contact, and greeting guests.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to client and regulatory rules and procedures.
  • Maintain a fast pace and multitasking ability when performing duties.

Requirements

  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with other team members and other departments.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
