Your Role
- Lead FOH and BOH teams
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Create prep lists
- Delegate tasks throughout the day
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and the kitchen is organized
- Engage with customers to elevate the overall experience and encourage repeat business
Qualifications
- Restaurant management experience
- FOH experience
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivation to grow and ability to drive results
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including some weekends
- BOH experience (preferred)
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
Hours
- 8- to 9-hour shifts
- Between the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Two days off per week
