Food Service Manager - Orland

Responsibilities

• Solves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.
• Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Supervises employees.
• Trains new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Completes and delegates shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
• Aids employees in following up on daily shift duties.
• Aids and directs store employees on the importance of effectively managing food safely.

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of food safety.
• Possesses exceptional customer service skills.
• Interacts well with their coworkers.
• Possesses good organizational skills.
