About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
- Plan and execute special events and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management.
- Proven ability to manage staff and meet operational goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
