Food Service Manager

Job Summary

Premier Washington Health Center is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain a clean and safe environment, and develop and implement meal plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality meals that meet patient dietary needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding food service and sanitation
• Maintain a clean and safe food environment, including kitchen and dining areas
• Monitor inventory and budget for food and supplies
• Develop and implement menu planning and nutrition programs
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve food service operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in the same or a similar role
