About the role
Responsible for overseeing all food service operations, ensuring quality meals are served efficiently and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute daily menus in collaboration with chefs and nutritionists.
- Manage inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to minimize waste and costs.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve operational efficiency and food quality.
- Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with local health codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory food service role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid Food Handler Certification.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a team of kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
