Second-in-command for Resident Dining, overseeing the 1855 Dining Room, Resident Dining Café, and C-Store. Responsible for daily operations, team leadership, service excellence, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple dining facilities
• Lead and manage a team of dining staff
• Ensure service excellence and high-quality dining experience
• Support revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs
• Manage people, set direction, and deploy resources
• Influence and negotiate with parts of the organization to achieve results

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree
• Experience: 2 years in food service management
• Related Experience: 1 years

Qualifications

• Food service management experience with emphasis on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting
• Experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards
• Proven success in training, coaching, and engaging employees to support compliance and performance
