Food Service Lead - Cook Coordinator
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "How To Apply", "Contact", "About Corrections Dept", etc. Also remove "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERS", etc. Also remove "Designated in Connect 700 Program for Applicants with Disabilities: Yes" maybe keep as part of description? It's metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. Probably we can include a brief paragraph about Connect 700? It's not required but we can keep as part of description. We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Salary Range: $22.79 - $31.43 / hourly. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: Work Shift/Work Hours: Evening Shift/10:45 am - 7:15 pm; Days of Work: Thursday - Monday; Days off: Tuesday/Wednesday. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits paragraph later: "Benefits As an employee, you'll have access to one of the most affordable health insurance plans..." etc. So we include Benefits section. Responsibilities: The description includes: "This position provides guidance, instruction and direction to incarcerated workers in the preparation, presentation, handling, serving and clean-up of daily meals in the food services area to ensure facility meals provided meet quality and nutrition standards and service timelines. Responsible to monitor and adhere to safety and sanitation standards within the food services area, while maintaining a secure environment. This position has direct contact with incarcerated individuals". Also earlier: "Have a passion for food and helping people? Start a career with excellent benefits and opportunity for advancement! Work dependable hours with a schedule that doesn't fluctuate! Retire early at the age of 55! Receive a pension when you retire!" That's more promotional but we can include as part of About the role maybe. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list: must be at least 18, pass criminal history check, read/write/communicate verbally in English, able to stand/walk/bend/carry/push/handle items majority of shift. Then list three ways to qualify: nine months full-time food production experience in high-volume cafeteria etc; six months full-time experience performing cooking and food preparation in a correctional or secured environment; completion of a full-time vocational/technical school program in commercial cooking or commercial food preparation. Also Required Training: ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or equivalent) must obtain if not possessed. Preferred Qualifications list: High School Diploma or GED; Valid Driver’s License; Experience working in a correctional or secured environment; Experience directing the work of others sufficient to direct incarcerated workers; Experience directing the work of others in a large food service setting; Two or more years of work experience in a large restaurant, cafeteria, school, hospital, or equivalent experience in large volume cooking and food preparation; Knowledge of food values, nutrition, and therapeutic diets; Bilingual in a Spanish, Asian, or African dialect. Physical Requirements: mention PDA review and sign, tuberculosis screening. Additional Requirements: screening top candidate(s) on criminal history, predatory offender registration, etc; must pass criminal history check; employment history/reference checks; new employees fingerprinted within first 30 days; DOC does not participate in E-Verify; will not sponsor visas; all applicants must be legally authorized to work in US. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Required Training?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills? Could combine but we need to follow instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Skills? Not needed. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
