Food Service - Full Time or Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team at Kansas Surgery and Recovery Center. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by ensuring timely and high-quality meals are served to our physicians, staff, patients, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing meals
• Serving meals
• Operating the cash register
• Answering patient meal calls
• Ensuring timely delivery of patient meals
• Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area
• Following all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Current Food Handlers Card
• At least six months of experience in a related food service role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage stress in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Skills

Attention to detail, courteous service, and teamwork are essential skills for this role.
