Food Service Director-Healthcare
About the role
We are seeking an energetic Chef Manager to oversee an established hospital facility that provides Patient Cafeteria, Client Catering, and Employee Meals. This role reports directly to the District Manager and offers FSD-level oversight of food service operations in a new facility focused on delivering exceptional care and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, innovative leader with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will direct all contract management service operations at this single account, including planning and supervising special functions, maintaining budget control and payroll records, hiring and training personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Direct all contract management service operations at a single hospital account/unit.
- Plan and supervise special functions and catering events.
- Maintain budget control and payroll records.
- Hire, train, and develop unit personnel.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and strong public relations.
- Manage through subordinate managers and hold accountability for the contract.
Requirements

- Strong food and cooking knowledge.
