Food Service Director
About the role
Position Summary: The Food Service Director oversees all food service operations at Snow Mountain Ranch – YMCA of the Rockies. They ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and county health and safety regulations, maintain budgets, and ensure proper staffing. This role also collaborates with the Camp Chief Ouray Executive Director during the camp season to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
