About the role
The Food Service Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the food service department at Green House Homes, ensuring that all meals are prepared in a timely and nutritious manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure supplies are always available.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility.
- Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management.
- Valid Food Handler Certification.
- Experience working in a healthcare or residential setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
