Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and preparing quality espresso and specialty drinks.
• Operate a register efficiently.
• Ensure products are fresh, rotated, and well-stocked.
• Maintain a clean, enticing, and safe department.
• Support coworkers with a service-oriented attitude and work cohesively.
• Follow all safety, security, and sustainability policies.
• Uphold the Company’s Core Values and Brand.

Requirements

• Love for coffee and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to take on challenges, adapt, and build relationships with diverse groups.
• Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and timely task completion.
• Clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays (retail hours, closed only on Christmas Day).
• At least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, reach, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.

Pay

Entry Level: $18.40/hour
Maximum: $26.85/hour
