Food Service Clerk
Description
Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service maintaining compassion and empathy at all times.
Responsible for receiving and processing meal orders for patients, visitors, and caregivers.
Enter and maintain accurate patient and diet order information in the diet office computer system.
Assist customers on modified diets with their food requests.
Communicate via telephone, fax, and other message information systems.
Perform related tasks as required.

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year - Customer service experience.
- 6 months - Computer keyboard experience.
- Microsoft Operating System.
