Food Service Cashier

About the role

The Food Service Cashier is responsible for providing efficient and accurate cash transactions during meal service hours at Huntington North High School.

Responsibilities

• Process food service transactions accurately and promptly
• Ensure smooth operation of the cash register system
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Follow all policies and procedures related to food service operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
