Food Service Associate- Part Time

Job Summary

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part Time Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse located at 17600 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68130. The Lighthouse has 54 skilled nursing and long-term care suites. We are looking for someone to work Friday, Saturday, and Sundays 3:45p-7:30p and another day during the week 3:45p-7:30p. This position will pay up to $18.31/hour.

Job Duties

• Assisting in patient tray line assembly and related duties such as loading, operating, and cleaning the dishwasher.
• Assists in the service of meals to cafeteria patrons and operates the cash register.
• Maintains the records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to the cafeteria.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required or willing to obtain if hired (company pays for training).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• For Cafeteria Duties, Cash Handling Experience Preferred.
