Position Highlights

Position: Food Service Assistant II
Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL
Per diem, scheduled as needed
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm with every weekend and rotating holidays.

What You Will Do

• Prepares and/or serves foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments.
• Assembles, serves, and/or delivers meals to patients and/or staff in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
• Ensures food safety and quality for patients, visitors, and staff.

What You Will Need

• Certification: Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date of position, required.
• PREFERRED: High School Diploma or GED and minimum of one year of food service experience in a healthcare setting.
