Food Service Assistant

Essential Job Functions

• Aid in food preparation and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, serving area, and dining room.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Provide courteous service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain an acceptable work environment to pass all health department inspections.
• Instruct staff on correct procedures for efficient serving, sanitation, and economy of operation.
• Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned by the Director of Food Service and/or Principal.
