• Clean kitchen work areas, collect and dispose of garbage
• Assist with food stocking
• Serve food in cafeteria for visitors and staff and in patient rooms
• Work in the dish room when needed
• Work on patient tray assembly line following menu directives for determining food items for each tray
• Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required
