About the role

Responsible for preparing and selling food and drinks to customers. Provides a high level of member service while maintaining kitchen and eating areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepares hot food, including proofing, pressing, stretching, saucing, and topping pizza
• Bakes food items in ovens and slices cooked pizza
• Steams hot dogs and buns, places baked items in the warmer
• Rings up sales, collects money, makes change, and assists members with self-serve kiosks
• Takes whole pizza orders at the counter and by phone, assembles and presents orders
• Dispenses dessert and drink items (e.g., ice cream, latte, smoothie) and maintains dispensing machines
• Cleans and sanitizes machines, work surfaces, floors, counters, and equipment (e.g., 3-compartment sink, dishwasher)
• Maintains self-serve soda pop area, condiment table, and eating area; busses, cleans, and sanitizes tables
• Sweeps and mops floors, empties trash, operates trash compactor, and takes garbage to compactor
• Disassembles and deep cleans pizza oven according to department SOPs
• Pulls and stocks ingredients and supplies from the warehouse; stages ingredients for preparation
• Complies with health codes (e.g., sanitation, temperatures, product rotation, expiration dates)
• Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials
• Operates vehicles, equipment, or machinery as needed
• Assists with department duties and in other warehouse departments as necessary
