Food Service Apprentice/Intern

About the role

If you're interested in getting experience in the Food Service industry, in a positive, encouraging, development-minded environment this is the perfect position for you! As an intern/apprentice in our Food Service department you will get to see the kitchen function in all aspects, including menu creation and development, cooking, cleaning, standards, and hourly staff supervision. As you serve as an apprentice you will be given more and more appropriate leadership opportunities and experience. The objective of the Food Service Apprenticeship is to provide you with knowledge, experience and tools that give you a foundation for further work in the food service and/or camping world.

• You are high energy and can work on your feet all day.

• You are a proficient home cook (batch cooking can be learned on the job).
