Food Server - Multi Outlet
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for acknowledging guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Responsible for method of payment for alcohol beverage service.
- Responsible for taking orders from patrons, recommending food choices, and presenting food.
- Assisting in clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes and linen by a bus cart.
- Cleaning workstation and wait stand at end of shift.
- Responsible for regular and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and assist in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.
- Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest.
