About the role

The Food Server is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and inform them of specials and menu details.
• Take and serve beverage orders promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of food orders before serving.
• Monitor tables attentively and respond to guest needs.
• Clear plates and glasses efficiently.
• Prepare tables and side stations, including setting silverware and cleaning areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months food serving experience.
• At least 21 years old.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to interact well with customers, colleagues, and the public.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset.
