About the role

This full-time, hospitality-focused Server role provides hands-on serving functions within our community. Must be available to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and keep workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service, and deliver requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Pay

Hourly wage: $22.18 – $26.56.
