Audit Planning and Execution
The auditor plans and schedules food safety and quality audits based on organizational needs and certification requirements. Conduct thorough on-site and remote audits of food industry production facilities, supply chains, and management systems. Review documentation, records, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable ISO or other standards related to food sector.
Standards Compliance Evaluation
Assess the implementation and effectiveness of food safety and quality management systems. Identify non-conformities, areas of improvement, and best practices in alignment with applicable standards. Verify corrective actions and preventive measures taken by organizations.
Report Preparation and Presentation
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, observations, and recommendations. Communicate audit results to clients, management teams, and stakeholders. Follow up on corrective actions to address non-conformities for satisfactory.
Stay Updated
Stay updated on changes in ISO standards, food safety regulations, and industry trends.
