Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated FSQA Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, BRC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections, swabbing, and calibration of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation and hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to food safety and quality, taking swift and appropriate action to rectify problems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure the highest food safety and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to food safety and quality assurance.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on food safety and quality assurance best practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with HACCP, SQF, or BRC, and other food safety and quality assurance standards.
  • Proven experience in inspection, swabbing, calibration, monitoring, and troubleshooting within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A degree or certification in food science, microbiology, or a related field would be advantageous.
