About the role
The role of Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager involves overseeing the implementation and enforcement of food safety and quality standards within a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement food safety and quality assurance programs
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain training programs for employees on food safety and quality practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address food safety issues and improve processes
- Prepare and present reports on food safety and quality performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance roles
- Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- ISO 22000 Certification
