About the Role

Join the team at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, the premier hotel in downtown offering spacious rooms, stunning mountain views, outdoor amenities, and exceptional dining. As a Food Runner at Mar | Muntanya Restaurant, you’ll assist Food Servers in delivering authentic Spanish cuisine to guests during lunch and dinner service. This fast-paced role involves constant customer interaction and requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food Servers in serving guests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
• Navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, and pushing trays or equipment.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

• Must possess or obtain DABS certification.
• Must maintain a current Food Handler permit in accordance with local regulations.
