About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner to join our team at Graduate by Hilton East Lansing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Be acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
• Act as a spokesperson for the community and recommend local spots.
• Complete side work duties.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Perform dish duties as assigned.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant service role.

Skills

• Team player with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Pay

Compensation range: $12.50 per hour + tips.
