Responsibilities
- Servicing all guests in the dining room in every way possible, ensuring the best possible experience in hopes that they will return
- To comply with attendance and punctuality standards
- To comply with uniform standards
- To properly set up entire restaurant
- To have complete understanding of bussing standards
- To have a complete understanding of the menu
- To deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
- Needs to be able and willing to learn to utilize table numbers and seat numbers to deliver food
- To be friendly and helpful with all guests
- To communicate to guests whenever needed
- To be able and willing to learn proper table service
- To be able to explain food to guests when serving
- To be able to communicate to FOH and Kitchen Team
- To be willing to learn basic knowledge about food preferences and allergies
- To be a team player who wants to be the best
- To complete all assigned duties before checking out and clocking out
- To inspect and manicure one’s station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
- To perform station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
Qualifications
- Previous bussing experience at fine dining establishment preferred
- Great customer service skills required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have valid ABLE and Food Handlers certification
